Day 45

Not Bad...

Breakfast:
- iced mocha
- water
- bagel egg and cheese

Lunch:
- water
- flat bread pepperoni pizza

Dinner:
- chibatta tuscany chicken sandwich
- water

Snack:
- choco chip cookies

Exercise: nothing really...

Goal: I've been drinking more water! Now, more exercise.

Day 44

Sucks I was sick today =(

Breakfast:
- water
- special k 90 calorie bars

Lunch:
- 2 gatorades
- bagel egg and cheese

Dinner:
- gatorade
- turkey sandwich
- tortilla chips
- pickle

Snack:
- cheesy gordita crunch
- fiesta potatoes
- soda

Exercise: slept all day - wasn't feeling well.

Goal: Jill, you need to focus. Stop giving into cravings.

Day 43

Alright, not too bad..

Breakfast:
- bagel egg and cheese
- iced mocha
- gatorade

Lunch:
- pepperoni pizza panini
- tortilla chips
- water

Dinner:
- salad
- water

Exercise: nothing really

Goal: more exercise!

Day 42

Oh Boy...

Breakfast:
- cheese omlet
- ketchup
- 1 slice of wheat toast

Lunch:
- chicken and cheese quesadillas
- sour cream

Dinner:
- salad

Exercise: just walking around...

Goal: more water Jillian

Day 40 - technically

So, yeah, I stopped writing for like a week. I know, STUPID. But, I'm back on track now.

Breakfast
- water
- Ham and cheese hot pocket

Lunch:
- Chicken and Cheese Quesadilla
- sour cream
- water

Dinner:
- chicken breast
- rice
- cooked broccoli
- water

Snack:
- water bottles

Exercise: 30 minutes on the elipitcal. 15 minutes of arm equipment

Goal: Just stay focused Jillian!

Ughhhhh

So apparently I let myself NOT blog and write what I eat for a week or so... WTF??! How am I supposed to lose weight if I can't stick to a diet or anything?!?!?!

Still feel fat as a cow.. ugh.

- tortilla chips
- pickle
- iced tea

Dinner:
- chicken noodle soup
- iced tea

Exercise: nothing to be honest

Goal: Eating better, still feel fat!
